A device with a model number of GT-B7810 has appeared in a set of photographs. It seems to have a full QWERTY keyboard and Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0). The handset may be the next evolution to the earlier Samsung Galaxy M Pro, which was unveiled in 2013. With the 2.7” (360 x 480) display, the Samsung M Pro 2 will take on the upcoming QWERTY-equipped BlackBerry 10 devices.
The phone will also be carrying with it a 5Mp rear camera and HSPA 3G connectivity, but no front-facing camera. The M Pro 2 should hit the US shores by Q2 2013 with 4G LTE support for AT&T. The 1200mAh Li-ion battery may look a bit too limited; it delivers a decent amount of battery life.
The Korean company is set to take the mobile industry by storm with its upcoming smartphone releases starting from early months of 2013. The CES 2013 will be a huge event and Samsung will take the opportunity to introduce its handsets.
