The HTC M4 Looks Like a HTC First Without Facebook Home Interface
HTC First was officially announced yesterday, with the Facebook Home as a standout feature. It will sell for $99.99 with 2-year contract agreement in AT&T. Pre-order should begin next week and it’s designed for those who can’t live without Facebook even for a second.
However, if you think that Facebook is not a primary online interest, the HTC M4 could be a better choice. Without the Facebook Home UI, it offers cleaner navigation structure. Users can still access the social networking service through a separate Facebook app downloadable from the Google Play store.
In short, the HTC M4 is a HTC First without the Facebook Home interface. Both share the same hardware specification including the 4.3” 720p display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 dual-core processor, 16GB of internal storage and 1GB of RAM. However, unlike the HTC First, the M4 may include the Ultrapixel technology, which delivers exceptional low-light performance.
