Pictures of Sony Xperia Z and ZL Appear Online
Sony Xperia Z and Sony Xperia ZL are two possible flagships of the Japanese company and their pictures have been released within days from their possible unveiling in CES 2013. Apparently, the company hasn’t been able to keep their upcoming handsets secret before the Las Vegas show begins. It is confirmed that the Xperia Yuga will be commercially known as the Xperia Z; while instead of Xperia X, the Odin will be dubbed as the Xperia ZL.
Images of both devices appear on the SonyMobile.com site and this indicates that they’re quite likely genuine.
There are no official confirmations on the exact spec, but it’s likely that the Odin/Xperia ZL would be a more compact version of the Yuga/Xperia Z. We know that they’ll have 5” 1080p displays with a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core processor running underneath. The impressive 13Mp rear camera that has made appearances on Xperia T and TL, may also sit in the back of the Xperia Z and ZL. New pictures also reveal a forward-facing camera of video calls, although they are located in a very unusual place, the bottom right hand corner.
